"Great experience! My bus was broken down out in a remote location and was unable to be towed, luckily the guys at Emergency Roadside were able to come out to my location and get it started. The bus needed a bit more work, so we drove it back to their shop and they finished the job. They were helpful, respectful, and they really showed up for me and my business. "On November 16 my truck broke down right in front of an entrance to the facility in Phoenix. These guys came and where able to indicate the problem. "Last week my range selector decided to not play nice. Called road service, which came in about 45 minutes. The guy who came was specifically a transmission guy. He did what he could on scene, but it was more serious. Get towed to their shop and with coordination from them and John at Haney & White, we managed to get the trans warranty exchanged and reinstalled as quickly as could be expected. The shop had multiple people working on the removal and replacement. The owner is Eli. Outstanding crew."
