Mobile Mechanics for the Engine and Chassis Side of Your RV

Most mobile RV technicians in the Valley work on the house side of an RV: air conditioners, slide-outs, awnings and appliances. Many of them don’t touch the engine, the brakes or the chassis. That is exactly the work our mechanics do every day on semi trucks. When your motorhome won’t start, blows a tire or loses air in the suspension, we send a diesel mechanic with a service truck to wherever your RV is parked.

What We Fix Where Your RV Is Parked

  • Won’t start: dead starting batteries, starters, cables and 12-volt chassis electrical problems.
  • Tires: blowouts, flats and damaged wheels on motorhomes, Sprinter vans and trailers.
  • Air suspension: leaking air bags and leveling valves on diesel pushers.
  • Brakes: air brake and hydraulic brake problems.
  • Diesel engine trouble: diagnostics, fuel system, injector and turbo problems on Cummins and other diesel engines.

Some repairs need a lift, an alignment rack or a part we have to order. When that happens we tell you on the phone or on site, and you can bring the RV to our shop at 315 E Pioneer St in Phoenix.

What to Have Ready When You Call

A few details help us send the right mechanic with the right parts on the first trip:

  • Year, make and model of the RV, and the chassis if you know it (for example Freightliner, Spartan, Ford F-53 or Mercedes Sprinter).
  • The engine: diesel or gas, and the brand if you know it.
  • What happened: warning lights, noises, smells, or what it did right before it stopped.
  • Tire size if you have a flat or a blowout. It’s printed on the side of the tire.
  • Exact location: the RV park name and space number, or the cross streets.
  • Whether the jacks or slides are out. It changes how we work around the coach.

Here for the Winter?

The drive down to Arizona is hard on a motorhome: thousands of miles on the tires, brakes and air bags, then weeks parked in the sun. If something feels wrong after the trip, it’s easier to fix it at your RV park now than on the way home in spring. See all of our RV and motorhome repair services.
