Mobile Truck Tire Repair & Service in Phoenix, AZ
Blown Tire on the Shoulder? We Bring the Tire and Change It Where You Stopped
A Blown Tire Shouldn’t Cost You the Whole Day
A tire that blows on I-10 or the Loop 202 can stop a load for hours if you wait for a tow or a tire shop to open a bay. Emergency Roadside Truck & Trailer Repair sends a service truck to where you are stopped, with the tools to dismount and mount commercial tires, so you can get back to your delivery window instead of sitting on the shoulder.
We are a Phoenix truck and trailer repair shop first, which means the mechanic who changes your tire can also check the wheel end, the air lines and anything else the blowout damaged.
Tires We Handle
- Steer tires on tractors and straight trucks.
- Drive tires, singles or duals.
- Trailer tires on dry vans, reefers, flatbeds and lowboys.
- Smaller trailer tires on utility, equipment and work trailers, including ST sizes.
- Box truck and bus tires.
- RV and motorhome tires, including diesel pushers (see mobile RV repair).

What We Do on Site
- Replace the tire where you are stopped, or repair a flat when the damage is in the tread and safe to repair.
- Check the wheel, studs, lug nuts and the hub for damage from running on a flat.
- Fix what the blowout tore up: air lines, glad hands, light cords and pigtails, mud flaps and brackets.
- Check the matching tire on a dual set, since the partner tire often took extra load before the blowout.
If the wheel, hub or brakes need more work than we can safely do on the roadside, we tell you, and we can finish the repair at our Phoenix truck shop at 315 E Pioneer St.

How to Find Your Tire Size
The size is printed on the sidewall of the tire. Read it from the tire next to the one that failed if the damaged one is torn up. Common examples:
- 295/75R22.5 and 11R22.5: very common on tractors and trailers.
- 11R24.5 and 285/75R24.5: common on some tractors and trailers.
- ST235/85R16: common on smaller utility and equipment trailers.
Not sure? Send us a photo of the sidewall when we call you back, and we’ll read it for you.
What to Tell Us When You Call
- Where you are: highway, direction, mile marker or the nearest exit, or the address of the yard or truck stop.
- The tire size and how many tires you need.
- The position: steer, drive or trailer, and which side.
- Any other damage you can see: air leaks, lights out, torn mud flaps.
- Whether you are loaded, and whether the truck is in a safe spot to work.
Truck Tires and the Arizona Heat
Summer pavement in Phoenix gets much hotter than the air, and that heat is hard on tires that are low on air or overloaded. A few habits prevent a lot of the calls we get:
- Check pressures cold, before the first run of the day, not after the truck has been running.
- Look for bulges, cuts and exposed cords on the sidewalls during your pre-trip.
- Replace missing valve caps and check that dual tires are matched in size and wear.
- If a tire is losing air, have it looked at before it fails on the highway.
How Much Does Mobile Truck Tire Service Cost?
The price depends on the tire, how many you need, how far we drive to reach you and the time the job takes. We confirm the tire and give you the price on the phone before we send a truck, so you can decide with all the information.
